We are currently finalising our plan for a further phase of regeneration in Ordsall. Our current proposal will provide 108 homes together with 112 parking spaces at the former District Centre, off Robert Hall Street and Phoebe Street.
The proposal would also deliver a wide range of additional benefits, these include reinstatement of the North to South route across the estate, improvements to the area outside Ordsall Community Café to enhance visibility and parking alongside improvements to the setting of Ordsall Community Allotments to enhance visibility, security and pedestrian access.
Other improvements include traffic calming, enhanced landscaping and construction employment opportunities, with a commitment to local labour.
